What makes a review useful?
Tell the next person what actually happened on your move. Mention your pickup and destination cities, the bike model and roughly when you sent it. You can include those details in the review text; there is no need to share your booking documents.
- Pickup: whether the agreed arrangements were clear and how the handover went.
- Preparation and handling: what you observed about packing, keys and accessories.
- Updates: how easy it was to get information about your consignment.
- Delivery: the handover and the condition of the bike compared with pickup.
- Anything to improve: a specific concern or suggestion, in your own words.
A short, factual account is more useful than a general “good service” or “bad service”. You do not need to cover every point. Describe only your own experience.
How publication works
Reviews are held for administrator moderation before appearing here. If approved, your name, rating, pickup city, destination city, review text and submission date are public. The displayed date is the review submission date, not necessarily your delivery date.
Positive and critical feedback are welcome. Please avoid advertising, copied reviews, abuse and private information about anyone else. Do not include phone numbers, full addresses, payment details, identity documents or policy documents.
To request a correction or removal, contact [email protected] and identify the review without posting additional personal information. The Privacy Policy explains how review information is stored.

Read for the details that match your move
A rating gives only part of the picture. When reading a published experience, look at the route, motorcycle, timing of the move and the actual point the reviewer describes.
- Price clarity: does the account explain what was quoted and what was paid?
- Handover: are pickup, packing, accepted accessories or the delivery check described?
- Updates: does it say what information the customer received while the bike was moving?
- Specific outcome: what went well, what went wrong and whether the account explains how the issue ended?
A review is one person’s experience. It does not fix the price, delivery date or insurance cover for a new booking. Use it alongside your own written quotation and the arrangements for your particular bike.
