Moving to Bengaluru for work, study or a change of home? Arrange door-to-door bike pickup in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula or Zirakpur and delivery to your agreed address. Get a consignment tracking number and plan the bike’s arrival separately from your own travel.
Share your route and motorcycle details. Our team will contact you to discuss availability and pricing.
Bangalore and Bengaluru refer to the same destination on this page. We arrange door-to-door transport from Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur to your agreed Bengaluru address, with a consignment tracking number.
The indicative transport budget is ₹6,100–₹13,200 depending on engine band. Insurance is separate at 3% of declared value. Before booking, match the collection and delivery window to your actual travel and receiving arrangements.
For budgeting, this route uses our above-1,500 km transport band. These are estimates for one motorcycle, not a fixed tariff.
₹6,100–₹8,400
₹7,100–₹9,800
₹9,500–₹13,200
Send the exact model and variant—whether it is an Activa, Pulsar, Apache, Royal Enfield or another motorcycle. Confirm its engine capacity and mention fitted luggage, modifications or running issues. Electric and non-running vehicles need individual acceptance and price confirmation.
Check whether each quote covers the same pickup and delivery addresses. Ask for packing, loading, doorstep collection, final delivery and applicable taxes to be identified. A depot-collection quote and a door-to-door quote describe different services; compare the total cost and what you would have to arrange yourself.
Our insurance charge is 3% of the bike’s declared value, separate from transport. A declared value of ₹1,50,000 gives a charge of ₹4,500. We use ICICI Lombard policies; confirm the valuation basis, insured amount, cover, exclusions, deductible and applicable taxes in the issued documents.
Read the insurance and damage-claim guide before handover. Other distance bands are in the general rate guide.
Once your travel is booked, it is easy to assume the bike can follow the same timetable. For an intercity move to Bengaluru, plan the two journeys separately. Tell us the last day you need the bike in Chandigarh and the first day someone can receive it at the destination.
No fixed lead time or arrival date is promised for every booking. Make a local travel plan for any gap between your own arrival and the bike’s confirmed delivery window.
“Near the office” or “Whitefield side” is a starting point for discussion, not a complete handover address. Include the locality, building or PG name and PIN code. Confirm the exact location before the booking is finalised.
Whitefield, Electronic City, HSR Layout, Bellandur, Koramangala and Hebbal are examples of locality details you can provide. They are not a list of our branches. If you describe the destination using a tech park or office landmark, also give the actual residential address where the bike will be received.
For Hosur, Devanahalli or another location outside your initial Bengaluru address, ask for availability and a quote for that exact destination. Do not assume an existing city quote applies unchanged.
If a friend receives the bike while you are at work, send them the pickup photographs and accessory list in advance. Confirm their details and any authorisation requirements with the team.
Ask us for the document checklist for moving your motorcycle. Registration, identification or authorisation documents may be requested for the booking, and should be shared through the agreed channel.
If you plan to keep or use an out-of-state registered bike in Karnataka, check the applicable registration, NOC and tax requirements directly with the relevant transport authority. A transport quote or delivery receipt does not confirm that vehicle-use formalities are complete.
Read the document FAQs and keep transport paperwork separate from any registration work you need to arrange.
If your journey ends in the Chandigarh area and you want to send your own motorcycle to Bengaluru, include the expected handover date and exact pickup address in the enquiry. Availability and handling need confirmation before you plan your onward travel around collection.
A touring bike may have a top box, saddle stays, auxiliary lights or extra luggage. List these items and agree what stays fitted, what is removed and what is accepted for transport. After a dusty or muddy ride, make the condition visible and photograph existing marks before handover.
Report running, steering or braking problems rather than assuming the original quote still covers the bike in its current condition.
If riding to Bengaluru is part of your travel plan, consider the time, your experience, bike condition, luggage, weather and overnight arrangements. Calculate your own costs rather than assuming riding or transport is always cheaper.
If you are starting a job or moving with family, sending the bike separately may be easier to organise. Compare the written quote with your complete travel plan, and leave room for the agreed delivery window rather than expecting the motorcycle to arrive with you.
The booking and preparation guide covers the full checklist. Share the relevant records with anyone receiving the bike for you.
If a relative will hand over the bike after you leave for Bengaluru, give them more than the transport team’s phone number. Keep the following together so they can check the actual collection against what you agreed:
Clean off enough dust to make existing marks visible before taking the photographs. Remove loose valuables and keep the spare key with you. Ask for model-specific fuel or battery instructions; instructions for a petrol motorcycle should not be applied to an electric scooter.
Have your representative read the condition record before signing and send you a copy. Share that same file with the Bengaluru receiver. This gives both people one record to work from, even when you are travelling or attending joining formalities.
Indicative transport charges are ₹6,100–₹8,400 up to 150cc, ₹7,100–₹9,800 for 151–350cc and ₹9,500–₹13,200 above 350cc. The final quote depends on the bike, addresses and scope; insurance is separate.
Enquire once you know your travel dates. Share when the bike is available for collection and when someone can receive it in Bengaluru. Confirm the actual pickup, dispatch and delivery window rather than relying on your flight date.
Discuss the exact address, PIN code and access with the team before booking. Check that the PG permits the handover and that a receiver will be available.
Send the new address and request confirmation of the revised handover, schedule and any price difference. Do not treat an address change as automatic.
Discuss the representative’s details and required authorisation before the pickup slot is confirmed. Make sure they have the quote and know how to record the condition and items handed over.
Yes. Include the exact model, battery type and condition. Acceptance, preparation, charger handling and price need individual confirmation.
Coverage depends on the issued policy, exclusions and deductible. The 3% charge alone does not guarantee a particular claim outcome. Keep pickup and delivery records.
No. Confirm any vehicle-use, registration, NOC or tax requirements with the relevant transport authority separately.
Use the agreed delivery window to plan interim travel. Keep the receiver’s availability current and use the tracking number to ask for status and the next expected step.
