Call now →Tell us where your bike is, where it needs to go and which model it is. Call, send a WhatsApp message or use the quote form. For an existing booking, keep your tracking number ready.
Share your route and motorcycle details. Our team will contact you to discuss availability and pricing.
Use the option that suits you. For a route or pickup question, a call may be easiest. For an enquiry with several details, put the locations, model and date in one message so the conversation starts with the right information.

Call before visiting or planning a motorcycle handover at the office. Confirm the visit time and any directions you need with the team before setting off. Our office is in Zirakpur; pickup is also available across Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula.
You can enquire for door-to-door pickup in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula or Zirakpur. Give the sector or locality and PIN code. Mention basement parking, a narrow approach or any society entry requirements that may affect collection.
For the destination, include the actual city and PIN code rather than only a broad area such as NCR. You can check our route pages for the destinations currently listed, then confirm the exact address and date with the team.
Example enquiry: “Pickup in Mohali, delivery to Bangalore. Royal Enfield Classic 350, running. Pickup around the 12th, with some flexibility. I will share the complete addresses and PIN codes; please confirm the price and delivery window.”
This is an example message, not a completed customer booking. Keep identity documents, bank details and OTPs out of the initial enquiry. Ask which booking documents are needed and how to share them through an agreed channel.
Send your name, route and tracking or booking reference. State the question clearly: pickup status, dispatch, delivery window or a change to the receiver. If an address or date changes, ask for the revised arrangement and any charge difference to be confirmed.
Before travelling to a handover point, confirm the place and time. For a visible damage concern, record it and contact the team promptly; also follow the insurer’s notice requirements where applicable. Our insurance and claims guide explains the records to keep.
No. An enquiry starts the discussion. Review the written quotation, scope and proposed arrangements before confirming the booking.
The indicative charges can help you plan. A final quote needs the actual locations, bike details and handling requirements.
Tell the team who will be present and confirm any authorisation or identification requirements before the slot is agreed.
Include the date and destination in your message and call to discuss availability. Do not assume a form submission has reserved a pickup slot.
You can copy this format into an email or WhatsApp message and fill it with your own move details. It is a preparation aid, not a booking confirmation.
