Gurgaon or Gurugram: the same destination

Both names refer to the destination covered by this page. You do not need to send separate enquiries for Gurgaon and Gurugram. What matters is the sector, society or locality, PIN code and agreed receiving address.

We arrange door-to-door pickup from Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur, with a consignment tracking number. Indicative transport charges are ₹2,700–₹6,000 according to engine band; insurance is separate.

Chandigarh to Gurgaon bike transport charges

These indicative budgets use our up-to-500 km band for one motorcycle. Actual addresses, model, condition, accessories and handling needs determine the quote.

State the exact variant of your scooter or motorcycle and check its actual engine capacity. Mention a top box, crash guard, luggage or a running problem before agreeing the price. Electric and non-running vehicles need individual acceptance and pricing.

Insurance charge

Our stated charge is 3% of declared bike value, separately from transport. For ₹1,20,000 declared value, it is ₹3,600. We use ICICI Lombard policies; check the insured amount, cover, exclusions, deductible and applicable taxes in the issued documents.

Which sector and which building?

A Cyber City office landmark does not necessarily identify your home address. Include the sector, society or DLF phase where relevant, along with the building name and PIN code. Confirm the exact handover point before booking.

For an address described as Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road, Sohna Road, Palam Vihar or Dwarka Expressway, add the actual locality and sector. These examples help you describe the destination; they are not our branch locations or a blanket promise of coverage.

If you are enquiring for Manesar, Sohna, Pataudi or another nearby destination, name it separately and ask for availability and pricing. An existing Gurgaon quote should not be assumed to apply unchanged.

For a move to Delhi or Noida, use the corresponding route details. “NCR” alone is not enough for a final quotation.

Agree the society handover before fixing the slot

A new flat, a move-in appointment and the bike delivery can involve different arrangements. Check the following with your landlord or society and pass relevant information to the team.

• Entry: whether security needs advance approval, vehicle details or a named resident to attend.
• Parking: whether a bike space is available and any registration or sticker process the society requires for your own use.
• Basement: the level, ramp and access restrictions. Agree where the bike can be handed over rather than assuming basement delivery.
• Receiver: who can be present and inspect the motorcycle if you are working or travelling.

If a flatmate receives it, share the pickup photographs, condition record and accessory list with them. Confirm their details and any authorisation requirements with the booking team.

If the flat is not final, give the expected sector for an initial enquiry. Before booking, confirm the actual address and ask for any revised charge and schedule.

Match documents to the actual owner and registration

A Tricity pickup does not by itself tell us where your bike is registered. Share the correct registration and ownership details when the booking document checklist is discussed, and explain if another person will hand it over.

Confirm required copies and the private sharing channel before pickup. For questions about an address change, registration, NOC or use of the bike in Haryana, check with the relevant transport authority. Do not infer the answer from the pickup city alone.

Riding yourself or sending the bike separately?

If you are considering riding, plan for your own experience, the bike’s condition, luggage, weather and the destination handover or parking arrangements. Check current access restrictions for any roads you intend to use rather than assuming a car route is suitable.

Transport may fit your move when you are travelling with family or bags, sending the motorcycle to someone else, or cannot set aside the riding time. Compare your complete travel plan with the written transport quote; neither option is automatically the cheapest or easiest for everyone.

A shorter route still needs a confirmed schedule

Ask for the collection slot, expected dispatch and delivery window. No fixed number of days or same-day service is advertised for every Gurgaon booking. A road-driving estimate does not include all stages of collection and handover.

Share any joining date, society move-in appointment or limited receiving hours. Ask about available evening or weekend arrangements without assuming a preferred slot is reserved.

If weather or access conditions change at your address, contact the team promptly. Use the tracking number to ask for the current stage and any revised receiving window.

Keep the pickup record ready for Gurgaon delivery

Photograph the bike before collection, record existing marks and the odometer, empty storage spaces and agree how keys and accessories will be listed. Confirm fuel, documents and packing instructions for the model.

At delivery, compare with that record, check the agreed items and document visible concerns at handover. Contact the team promptly, and follow insurer reporting requirements separately where relevant.

Choose between your society and your office before booking

An office landmark may be easy to share, but the right receiving point is the one where an authorised person can inspect and keep the bike. Check the practical differences before choosing.

If a flatmate is receiving, send the condition photos and item list before delivery. Tell them which bike and key to expect and how to reach you during the handover. A parking sticker or resident registration is an arrangement with your building; it should be kept separate from the transport booking.
