Moving your motorcycle to Chennai? Arrange door-to-door pickup from Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula or Zirakpur to your agreed destination, with a consignment tracking number. Share the locality, PIN code, model and preferred dates for a quote.
Share your route and motorcycle details. Our team will contact you to discuss availability and pricing.
Whether you are moving for a course, a job or family, decide when you can release the bike in the Tricity and when someone can receive it in Chennai. Your own travel and the motorcycle’s transport need separate arrangements.
We arrange door-to-door pickup from Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur, with a consignment tracking number. Indicative transport budgets are ₹6,100–₹13,200 depending on engine band. Insurance is charged separately at 3% of declared value.
The following estimates use our above-1,500 km band for one motorcycle. The same budget band on another route does not mean the final quotations will be identical.
₹6,100–₹8,400
₹7,100–₹9,800
₹9,500–₹13,200
Send the make, exact model and engine capacity. A familiar name such as Activa, Pulsar or Royal Enfield is a start, but the variant and fitted accessories help define the handling. Explain running, steering or braking problems before accepting a quote.
Check the complete price: packing, collection, transport, delivery, taxes and any additional work. Electric and non-running vehicles require individual acceptance and pricing. See the general charges guide for all distance bands.
Our stated charge is 3% of the bike’s declared value, separate from transport. A declared value of ₹1,10,000 gives a charge of ₹3,300. We use ICICI Lombard policies for insurance arrangements.
Review the issued policy, valuation basis, insured amount, exclusions, deductible and applicable taxes before handover. The insurance and claims guide explains the records to keep; the charge alone does not define coverage.
A broad description such as “OMR” does not identify a delivery point. Include the locality, building or PG name and PIN code. For example, if the address is in Perungudi, Sholinganallur, Navalur or Siruseri, name the actual location rather than only the corridor.
Apply the same detail to Velachery, Adyar, Guindy, T Nagar, Anna Nagar or Porur. These are examples of address information you can provide, not branch locations or a promise of access to every building.
If the destination is around Chromepet, Tambaram or another GST Road locality, state the complete address. For Guduvanchery, Sriperumbudur, Oragadam or another outer location, ask the team to confirm availability and the price for that exact point.
If the address changes after your initial enquiry, have the quotation and receiving plan revised before treating the booking as final.
Confirm security requirements, the permitted handover point and whether you can keep the bike there. Mention basement parking or a restricted approach. If you are arriving before your permanent flat is ready, check that your temporary accommodation can receive it.
Give the full campus name, location and PIN code. Check its gate and receiving rules with the institution, then agree the handover arrangement with the transport team. Do not assume that campus entry or collection at the main gate is automatically available.
If a new job is the reason for the move, decide whether the bike should go to your accommodation or workplace. A factory or office address may have controlled access. Confirm permission and your availability before choosing it as the delivery point.
Tell the team your preferred language and any help needed to coordinate the address. Keep the building name, locality, PIN code and receiver details together in writing. Confirm how you and the receiving person can be reached before the slot is agreed.
Ask for collection, expected dispatch and delivery timing for your dates. No fixed number of days is advertised for every booking. A flight or train ticket does not set the motorcycle’s arrival date, so share a joining or reporting deadline before you confirm.
Check current weather and local access conditions around the planned handover. If the receiver reports heavy rain, waterlogging or restricted access, tell the team promptly and ask whether the arrangement needs to change. Do not assume a standard extra day covers every disruption.
Agree the packing scope for your model and the receiving point in advance. A specific waterproof layer or handling method should be confirmed in the quotation rather than inferred from the destination.
Keep the consignment number for updates. If the schedule changes, ask for the current stage, next expected step and revised receiving window.
Request the document checklist for your move. Registration, identity and owner authorisation may be needed depending on the booking. Confirm which copies are required and how to share them; keep them out of the initial enquiry form.
If you intend to keep or use an out-of-state registered bike in Tamil Nadu, check any registration, NOC or tax requirements directly with the relevant transport authority. Arranging delivery does not complete vehicle-use formalities or establish an exemption.
Read the document FAQs for the questions to raise with the booking team.
The full booking guide provides the preparation checklist.
A covered, well-lit handover point makes it easier to compare the bike with its pickup record. If rain affects your address, discuss a suitable accessible place before the delivery team sets out; a basement or building entrance should be used only when access is agreed.
If conditions prevent a proper inspection, tell the team at the time and record what remains to be checked. A clear account of the handover is more useful than trying to reconstruct the condition later.
Indicative transport charges are ₹6,100–₹8,400 up to 150cc, ₹7,100–₹9,800 for 151–350cc and ₹9,500–₹13,200 above 350cc. The written quote confirms your total; insurance is separate.
Share your dates and request the available pickup, dispatch and delivery window. Confirm whether it fits any joining or reporting deadline before booking.
Yes. Include the actual locality, building and PIN code rather than only OMR. Coverage, access and pricing need confirmation for that address.
Provide the full campus address and check its receiving rules. Have availability and the handover point confirmed before pickup.
Tell the team your preferred language and discuss how delivery will be coordinated. Keep the address and receiver information clearly recorded in writing.
List them before booking and agree which parts, if any, should be removed and how they will be recorded and protected. Do not dismantle parts without an agreed plan.
Discuss their details and any authorisation requirements in advance. Share the pickup record so they can check the bike and agreed items at handover.
Notify the team promptly, explain any access problem and ask for the revised arrangement and timing. Do not assume the original slot remains suitable.
No. The issued policy, selected cover, exclusions and deductible determine coverage and assessment. Keep pickup and delivery evidence.
