These are estimates, not fixed rates. Your written quote depends on the exact pickup and delivery addresses, the model, whether the bike runs, and any luggage or accessories. Ask for packing, pickup, transport, delivery and applicable taxes to be clearly identified in the written quote.

Insurance is separate

Plan the Delhi delivery around your arrival

If you are travelling separately for a new job, coaching or a college move, tell us when you can hand over the bike in the Tricity and when you can receive it in Delhi. These may be different days.

Ask for the pickup slot, expected dispatch and delivery window for your date. Collection and final handover are separate stages, so a relatively short intercity route should not be treated as a same-day delivery promise.

If your PG room, tenancy or building access starts on a particular date, include that in the enquiry. If you need the bike for an exam or joining day, have the available schedule checked before confirming. No fixed number of days is advertised for every Delhi booking.

Give the Delhi locality, not just “NCR”

A delivery in Dwarka, Rohini, Karol Bagh, Laxmi Nagar or Saket needs the actual address and PIN code. These are examples of locality details to include, not a list of branches or a promise that every access point is suitable. Confirm the exact handover arrangement with the team.

If you are still choosing accommodation, give the expected locality for an initial enquiry. Confirm the final address before booking and ask for a revised quote if it changes. A move from one side of Delhi to another can change the arrangement.

For a destination in Gurugram or Noida, use the Gurgaon route or Noida route. Do not use a Delhi quote as automatic confirmation for another NCR city.

Details that make the handover easier

• A PG or a narrow lane: explain the approach and agree the handover point before the slot is fixed. Do not assume a larger vehicle can enter every lane.
• A flat or society: give the society, gate or tower details and check entry requirements with the building.
• Basement parking: mention ramps or restricted access at either end.
• Another receiver: identify the person in advance, confirm authorisation requirements and share your pickup photographs with them.

Moving for coaching, college, work or family

If you are heading to coaching in Mukherjee Nagar or Rajinder Nagar, settling into a college hostel or moving for work, the bike is only one part of the plan. Give yourself time to confirm where it can be delivered and who can receive it while you are attending classes or joining formalities.

For a family move, decide whether the bike will be handed over separately from household goods. If you are sending it to a relative already in Delhi, agree who is authorised to hand it over in Chandigarh and who will check its condition at delivery.

Ride to Delhi yourself or arrange transport?
