Cancellations
& refunds
How to request a booking change, check cancellation charges and follow up on an agreed refund. Updated 1 November 2026.
A joining date may shift, travel plans may change or a new home may not be ready. Contact us as soon as you know the booking needs to change, even if the replacement date is still uncertain.
This page explains how to request a change, check any cancellation calculation and follow up on an agreed refund. Your quotation and agreed booking terms determine the applicable amounts; no universal fee or guaranteed refund is advertised here.
Check the stage of the move
When requesting cancellation, state whether the bike is still with you, has been collected or is already in transit. Ask the team to confirm the current stage and explain how the agreed terms apply.
Before pickup
Send the request with your scheduled collection date and any payment receipt. Ask whether arrangements have already been made and what, if any, deduction is proposed under your booking terms.
When the team has arrived or preparation has begun
Contact your booking contact directly and explain the situation. Ask for any visit, packing or handling costs to be itemised rather than assuming the full advance is refundable or non-refundable.
After collection or during transit
First establish where the bike is and what can still be changed. A cancellation request does not itself stop a consignment or confirm its return. Agree the handover or return arrangement, availability and any additional charge in writing.
Before paying an advance, clarify these situations with the team and retain the answer with your quotation.
Changing the pickup date
If you still need the move, explain that you want to reschedule rather than cancel. Send the preferred replacement date and any flexibility.
- Check availability for the new date and route.
- Confirm any change to price, pickup details or the delivery window.
- Ask how the amount already paid will be applied and whether any further payment is needed.
- Get the revised booking confirmed before arranging your own travel around it.
A date change is not automatically free, and no standard period for holding an advance is stated on this website. Have the arrangement for your booking recorded.
Other changes to discuss
If the move cannot proceed
Ask the team to explain the situation, available alternatives and the amount proposed for refund or adjustment. If the bike has already been collected, confirm its location and the next handover arrangement. Keep this separate from any new booking you decide to make.
If the bike or address differs from the quotation
A different model, non-running condition, additional luggage or changed address may alter the handling and price. Discuss the revised quote before agreeing. If you choose not to proceed, request the cancellation calculation under the agreed terms.
If nobody is available at pickup or delivery
Notify the team as early as possible. A replacement visit or authorised receiver needs confirmation, including any charge. Do not assume a missed slot has automatically been rescheduled.
Insurance charges
Insurance is charged separately at 3% of the bike’s declared value. Ask whether the policy has been issued and request a separate explanation of any insurance refund or adjustment. Do not assume cancelling transport automatically cancels the policy or returns the full insurance charge; check the issued policy and insurer’s instructions.
Confirm an agreed refund in writing
Ask for a record showing the amount paid, any proposed deductions and their reasons, and the amount agreed for refund. Clarify applicable taxes or adjustments where relevant.
Confirm the payment method, recipient and expected processing time. This website does not promise the same processing period for every case. Keep the refund confirmation with the original payment receipt and booking reference.
How to send your request
Call +91 87005 27865, then keep a written request through your agreed booking channel or email [email protected].
- Your name and booking or consignment reference.
- Pickup and destination cities, and the scheduled date.
- Whether you want cancellation or a revised date/address.
- Whether collection has happened and any payments already made.
Ask for acknowledgement so you have a record of when the request was received. Keep the request and reply together; an unanswered message should not be treated as confirmation of a revised arrangement.
If an agreed refund has not arrived
Once the stated processing time passes, follow up with the booking reference, agreed refund amount and confirmation date. Ask whether it has been sent and request the transaction reference if available.
If the amount received differs, ask for the calculation to be checked against the written confirmation. Keep correspondence and payment records together. Use the contact details above for a follow-up; do not publish account information or payment documents in a review.
Keep payment details safe
Verify any request for account information through your known booking contact. Do not share an OTP, card PIN or banking password to receive a refund. If a caller asks you to make a payment to release a refund, contact the team on +91 87005 27865 before taking action.
Make a change request easy to identify
Use your booking reference and say whether you want to cancel, change a date or change an address. Include the original pickup slot and the new details, where relevant. Ask for the accepted change, any deduction or additional charge, and any agreed refund amount and expected date in writing.
Keep the request and reply with your payment receipt. If the bike has already been collected, state that clearly; a change to the destination or return movement needs its own arrangement. This message format does not create a free cancellation period or a refund deadline.
